After a brief introduction of what LifeBis is by Pastor Joey Bonifacio, former congressman Rozzano Rufino “Ruffy” Biazon began to share from his experience how knowing his destiny helped him make decisions during the most crucial moments of his life.
Stephen Mansfield, a New York Times best selling author spoke next. Having wrote extensively on the faith of former British prime minister Winston Churchill, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, he shared the importance of knowing your personal destiny and how it must be achieved by investing in the destinies of those around you. He encouraged leaders not to see their followers as mere employees or helpers, but as people with a unique destiny. Therefore it is their job as leader to propel their followers towards their God-given mandate. Because of this, leaders need to invest in developing and bringing out the best of those around them.
